Tom describes how he became a RYA Coach Assessor and Trainer via an Adventure Education degree in Chichester and his exciting career working in watersports all over the world. He describes how he first got interested in sailing and then went to University after taking a BTEC in public services.

After graduating he has instructed at all kinds of centres, taken an Apprenticeship in sail making, worked as a centre manager, provided technical support for an Adventure Education department and worked as a freelance outdoor tutor. His qualifications include RYA coach assessor, Powerboat Instructor, BCU level 2 coach, SPA, ML training and Appointed ISAF Coach.
