Jess talks about how her career has progressed from taking a degree to running the UK Schools Adventure programme for In2action. While studying for her BA (hons) degree in adventure tourism and outdoor recreation at the University of Derby, Buxton, Jess gained work experience working a season in Wales with PGL. After graduating she worked for In2action at locations in Cyprus, Egypt, Lanzarote, the Dominican Republic and France before taking on her current role as UK Adventure Product Manager.

In2action specialises in running adventure and active holidays for all ages. Based at our residential activity centre on the Isle of Wight they work on behalf of holiday companies in the UK and overseas including First Choice Holidays, Canvas Holidays, Hoseasons and Park Resorts.
