Ivor Lewis and David Rafferty talk about their career paths in the outdoors and their respective experiences working with Outlook Expeditions, Hindleap Warren, World Challenge and what they do now at the University of Brighton Outdoor Education department.

Plumpton College offers a wide range of outdoor education courses including a Foundation degree in Outdoor Adventurous Activities, Level 2 Diploma and Level 3 Extended Diploma. They also offer part time courses in Canoeing, Climbing, Kayaking, Mountain Biking, Orienteering, Parachuting and Team Building. The department has around 150 outdoor education students and 10 members of staff.
