As a trained primary school teacher Darren made the switch from a classroom to the great outdoors in 1994 and has never looked back. Starting out as an activity instructor, Darren has spent over 14 years in the leisure industry and has enjoyed an exciting and varied career. Darren's worked on recruitment projects with organisations such as Centre Parcs, First Choice, 3D Education and Adventure and Pontin's and has been involved in the recruitment of over 15,000 people into the outdoor industry.
