Before joining World Challenge in 2006 Ben was an Officer in the British Army. He started working in the Operations Centre, moving to the Leader Management Team, then to Head of HR and training.

He is constantly seeking new ways to work with and develop the staff at World Challenge whether they are a fulltime member of staff or a freelance Expedition Leader.
